What to Have Ready

When we meet to conduct your notarization, please have the following ready:

1.  Your printed and unsigned documents.  I must witness your signature being placed on the document.  Do not sign ahead of time.  Don't have access to a printer?  I can print your documents for an additional fee.  

There are some documents that cannot be notarized in the District of Columbia.  Confirm that your document is not on this list.

2.  Your ID.  A non-expired government ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or military card, or any other non-expired government ID that has a photo or a signature. The ID may be from any government, whether in the US or other country as long as it is current with a photo or signature.

3.  Witnesses, if any are needed for your document.  I can supply witnesses for an additional fee.
