Application of notary signature and seal to document, in either paper or electronic format.

Non-real estate closing documents: $20

Real estate closing documents: $70

Travel fees are based on estimated time to travel to the service location zip code.  Travel fees are incurred anytime a service location other than 515 E Street SE is chosen by the customer and incurred for each Notary or Witness traveling to that location.

Fee covers all witness signatures needed during an appointment time.  To guarantee witness appearance at appointment time, witnesses must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Signer may procure their own witness(es) at no additional cost.
