Travel

$15 / quarter hour

Travel fees are based upon the amount of time needed to arrive at the location of your choice, rounded up to the nearest quarter hour.  For example, 1 to 15 minutes of travel incurs a fee of $15.  Sixteen to 30 minutes of travel incurs a fee of $30.  Travel fee estimates are provided once meeting location has been determined.

Witnesses

$25 per witness

Fee covers all witness signatures needed during an appointment time.  To guarantee witness appearance at appointment time, witnesses must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Signer may procure their own witness(es) at no additional cost.

Printing

$.30 / page

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, credit card, Venmo or check are accepted.
